The Kingdom of Geniusz is micro-nation created in 2010 by Daniel Geniusz, who proclaimed himself its king. It is considered an independent state under the first article of the Convention of Montevideo of 1933, although its independence was not recognized by any country of the United Nations. The Kingdom temporarily is located in Poland, near Bialystok, and has an area of 0.0023 km2.  Polish and English are the official languages of the Kingdom.

Its independence was proclaimed on July 17, 2010. The Kingdom Genius is an absolute monarchy; the king sets edicts, which are binding law in the state and affect every citizen residing in the kingdom. The most important piece of legislation is a small Bill of Rights established in March 7th, 2011.

The Kingdom is divided into two provinces: in the Northern territory is where the government is located, and the South is a typical agricultural area. The territory of the kingdom is temporal and plans to move in the future to some island in the Caribbean or the Pacific Ocean.

The Kingdom lacks industrial sector, and the agricultural sector represents around 5% of the Kingdom’s GDP; an important source of revenue for the Kingdom is the emission of coins, banknotes and stamps. The local currency is the Guinea ( 1 Guinea = 100 cents).
