WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

JFV Coins is glad to accept orders from Wholesale Customers. We normally define Wholesale Customers as those who purchase at least 5 pieces per item.

If you are a Wholesale Customer you can contact us at jorge@jfvcoins.com for more information about our discounts, terms and conditions. In any event, you can place your order as a regular customer and choose “Wholesale Customer” when checking out. We will then calculate your discount on the basis of your order and let you know the total amount so you can finalize your purchase with us.

Alternatively, you can benefit from our Customer Programme discounts if you are a regular client. However, bear in mind that as a Wholesale Customer your account will not be linked with our Customer Programme and your discount will be calculated in an order-by-order basis.

 

 

 

ORDER ONLINE

Our website is safe and 100% secure. Place an order at our website and you will receive an email confirmation from us along with an invoice number to reference if you have any questions.

If your payment is made automatically (ie. via Paypal) you will receive confirmation of your payment in the same email.

SHIPPING

We normally ship via insured or registered mail. JFV Coins ships coins from Spain via Correos España, the Spanish Postal Service.

Other shipping methods (ie. Fedex, DHL, etc) can be used at the client’s request.

Your order is shipped after your payment has been received. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days, from the day of your payment.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated in accordance with the fees charged by Correos España, the Spanish Postal Service, and are automatically calculated by our system on the basis of the total weight of your order.

JFV Coins does not charge a handling fee.

 

RETURN POLICY

Numismatic items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for either replacement or refund. Items must be in the same condition as sent.

Unless there is a mistake with your order, the customer will be asked to pay the shipping fees incurred when returning any item to us.
